Andouille Val-d'Ajol: Traditional charcuterie trademark since 1984. About thirty centimeters in length and 6 to 8 centimeters diameters with brown color, it is composed of 60% pork and 40 % of stomach and large intestine to which is added chopped shallot, then marinated in
white wine, astutely spiced, then put in guts and finally smoked "at the log" with beech wood.

Plombières ice cream: A specialty of the spa since the 19th century, this much appreciated treat is an ice cream topped with candied fruit macerated in kirsch, strapped into a lead mold, hence its name. In addition to kirsch and candied fruit, the Plombières ice cream consists of
full milk, egg yolks and sugar. A dessert or a snack to enjoy at any time of the year!

Maison Moine- Located in Rasey in the Vosges, near Xertigny, a few kilometers from Plombières-les-Bains.

Discover the Moine farm and its environment in full nature.
You can taste their wines from the Vosges rhubarb, their specialty and other products from
