This privacy policy is designed to inform you of how your personal data are processed by Groupe Partouche.
1 – DEFINITIONS
The terms below have the following definition:
Personal Data :means any information by which a natural person can be directly or indirectly identified, within the meaning of applicable regulations;
DPO :means the Data Protection Officer who is responsible for advising the Data Controller and ensuring compliance with applicable Personal Data processing rules;
Groupe Partouche : means the company Groupe Partouche, a French société anonyme with a management board and a supervisory board, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 588 801 464, whose registered office is 141 bis rue de Saussure 75017 Paris;
Service : means requesting an estimate, completing the contact form, subscribing to the newsletter or even lodging a complaint with the competent customer service via the Website, or with the Data Controller or Groupe Partouche ;
Data Controller : means the legal person which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing and, in this case, Groupe Partouche, Paris Trade and Companies Register no. 588 801 464, with capital of €192,540,680, at 141 bis rue de Saussure 75017 Paris;
Website : means the website accessible at events.partouche.com;
User : means any natural person using the Services available on the Website;
2 – WHEN AND WHY ARE DATA COLLECTED
The Data Controller collects personal data within the framework of the User’s use of the Website or Services.
The Data Controller respects the principles of data minimisation and data protection by design and by default. Therefore, we only process personal data that are adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are processed.
3 – PURPOSES
The data collected are saved in one or more computer files by the Data Controller for the following purposes in particular:
– Providing content and Services on the Website;
– Measuring Website visit statistics;
– Managing User Accounts and their activity;
– Managing the communication and canvassing operations of the Publisher and Groupe Partouche whatever means of communication are used (phone, text message, post, email);

4 – STORAGE PERIOD
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Data Controller only stores Personal Data for the period strictly necessary to achieve the purposes of the processing, unless the User has consented to their storage for a subsequent use.
The period of storage of Personal Data varies with the purpose of the processing implemented. In particular, for major categories of Personal Data, the following periods are applied:
For contacts from Users concerning the Services (requests for estimates, bookings, access to the customer service, etc.): data are stored for a period not exceeding three (3) years after the last contact by the User.
For the management of User Accounts: while the User is active and at the latest for three (3) years after their last contact.
For transactions involving a financial flow: data are stored until the end of the limitation period, for the length of time required for any other regulatory obligation.
For the management of the communication and canvassing operations of the Data Controller or Groupe Partouche: data are stored for three (3) years after the collection or the last contact made by the prospect.
5 – COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA
The Users’ data held by the Data Controller may be communicated to the following persons:
– The Data Controller’s staff and the staff of any sister companies or affiliates authorised to manage such processing;
– Organisations responsible for supervision or inspection pursuant to applicable regulations;
– Independent service providers responsible for performing Personal Data processing on behalf of the Data Controller, which are bound by a contractual obligation as regards the security and confidentiality of such Personal Data (e.g. securing online payments, combating fraud, site maintenance, collecting customer opinions).
All the persons who have access to your Personal Data are bound by a strict duty of confidentiality.
6 – PERSONAL DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION
All your Personal Data are processed exclusively within the European Union.
The Data Controller does not transfer your Personal Data outside the European territory, be it to companies controlled or owned by Groupe Partouche or to independent service providers.
In the event that service providers located outside the European Union are used, the Data Controller shall ensure, in advance, that all appropriate measures have been taken to guarantee that the Personal Data are transferred within a contractual framework respecting their inherent confidentiality.
7 – YOUR RIGHTS IN RESPECT OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In accordance with regulations in force, you have a right to object to and to limit the processing of your Personal Data, and a right of access, rectification, portability and erasure in respect of such Data.
You also have the right to give the Data Controller instructions concerning the post-mortem processing of your Personal Data.
Users and Visitors are informed that exercising the rights of objection, erasure and portability of data, and the right to limit processing, are subject to conditions and may be refused by the Data Controller if the requests do not correspond to situations provided for by Personal Data regulations.

Any such request will be processed as soon as possible and within three months at the most, depending particularly on the complexity of the request or the number of requests received.

8 – COOKIES
