The Casino de Calais: the casino at the coast
The city of Calais is located in front of the south-east of England, its port (first in France for the transport of passengers) and the Channel Tunnel make it the main French city of connection with Great Britain. The Casino de Calais is located close to the port and the city center. It welcomes you in a warm and dynamic atmosphere.
The Casino is located close to the beach of Calais, sandy beach with its white chalets, it is ideal for tanning. If you are sporty, you can choose between windsurfing, kite surfing, sand yachting or beach volleyball on the courses along the dike. Recently, there is also a new discipline: the "loin-coast".

Museum of Arts
The museum has two levels and over 1,600 m2 collections of paintings, drawings, sculptures and photographs from the sixteenth to the twenty-first centuries as the Rodin room, from Paris to Calais which is dedicated to the works of the famous sculptor.

Le Beffroi
Visit this historic monument, symbol of the birth of the great Calais. Completed in 1923, the town hall and its belfry are unmissable tourist sites of the city. Climb to the top and admire the city 75 meters high!
War Museum
Located in Saint Pierre Park, the Musée Mémoire 1939 - 1945 was formerly the command post of the Navy for the Port of Calais and transmission center for the entire North West region of France. The Museum of memory of Calais proposes you 21 different rooms where are exposed objects, uniforms, weapons and other various and varied documents. During your visit, you will discover through this sublime collection the history of the town of Calais and its region from September 1939 until the liberation of the city in 1944.
